Lumberjack's Dynasty Community

Pinewood Valley still has a small, stubborn community. It is not a live-ops Discord of a million. It is Steam guides written in 2020–2022, YouTube series that kept cutting after 1.0, and threads about logs that became boulders. This page names the kinds of rooms worth opening. It does not scrape them into a fake forum.

How to read a 2020 guide without wrecking a 1.0 save

Open the date. If it is April–December 2020, treat Ponsse lots, loan gates, and console warnings as incomplete. Keep the saw-bar advice; it barely changed. Keep yellow-border advice; it is still the law. Drop any sentence that says the game is Early Access or that 1.0 has not shipped. Then open this wiki’s updates hub and version 1.0 so the calendar in your head matches the build on disk.

Vehicle price tables from March 2021 are the snapshot behind our vehicle tier list. If a Steam comment says a Gecko costs something wild, it may be a sale, a leftover EA plaque, or a Social Point toggle you missed. Half Euro plus full SP is still the dealer trick. Neighbour nail-gun jobs still feed that pool, which is why make money keeps sending you into town between dry cycles.

Cooking spreadsheets age better than vehicle plaques because eggs and pumpkins did not get a Ponsse partnership. Still, shop restocks and dish sale prices move. Use the cooking loop (buy, cook, sell, read books once) and treat community margins as a hint, not a contract. If a guide tells you to skip the greenhouse, ignore that part. Pumpkins on your farm are still free-ish money.

Chest maps are optional. Mechanic ranks come from owned machines, not from a chest count. Do not postpone Oliver and Isaac because someone uploaded a treasure heatmap. The Getting Started spine pays faster than a collectathon.

Etiquette

Do not harass Toplitz staff on Steam threads. Do not demand a sequel in a 2018 first-seen app’s comments. Do not paste entire Steam guides into this wiki; we already rewrote the loop in our own words with internal links to logging and make money.

When you post your own help, say PC or console in the first line. Console bricks listed on console release waste everyone’s time if the thread assumes Steam. Say whether the uncle is paid. Say whether Engineer’s Sight shows a red trunk. Those three facts are worth more than a four-minute video of a ditch.

If you find a broken internal link on this site, the fix is a source JSON change, not a hand-edit of generated MDX. For store issues, official links. For whether the saw is worth 19.99 USD, review. The community is small because the game is a 2021 forestry sim, not because the mill is secret.
